Magic Carpet – Customer Feedback from Elsecar Holy Trinity C of E Primary School

At Birch Carpets we work really hard to deliver on our 'Red Carpet Treatment, every time' service commitment, which makes it even more gratifying when a customer takes the time to let us know that we're getting it right. 

Following the supply of some of our Zeta Tech range carpet to Elsecar Holy Trinity C of E Primary School we were very pleased to receive the above letter from the school thanking us for our attention, accompanied by 27 illustrated messages of thanks from pupils, several of which referred to our 'magic carpet'.
